At Nuage Soft Wear, we want you to feel as light as a cloud in your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must have all original tags and liners intact to qualify for a refund.
Start Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your Nuage garments.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
After our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
